"I never actually complain about hotels but this one just really really miss the Mark. My room was dirty. Every vent was not just dusty but covered in like cub sized dust and it was gross. I had to ask for a towel towels and then I still didn’t get them. I had nothing but issues with the valet and it’s not that they weren’t nice because they were nice. It is just that that you can tell that the employees in that hotel are very overworked. I definitely did not like the shower. There’s no vent in the bathroom and there’s no heat lamp either so it gets a little muggy in there and I did not like that but you also get really cold in the shower because the whole back end is open and maybe that’s the thing I know that’s a thing but I just did not enjoy it. Not getting towels definitely set me off, but then not getting towels when I asked her towels like that. That is something that is so gross to me. I don’t even have words and the day that I left I sent for the valet and it took the 25 minutes when I got down there my car was not there. They told me that they couldn’t find my car and it was like a whole thing. I was not very happy and I will not be staying there again."

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower and water pressure very good. Couldn’t figure out the a/c but ceiling fan helped cool room down on an unseasonably warm March day. Street parking was challenging. Host did offer his driveway to park but I found a spot on my own so it all worked out. I recommend for an overnight stay or two while visiting Philly. "

"The area is definetely a little sketchy (to be expected near Temple) and the instructions to get in were slightly confusing (talked about "gates" instead of "doors" and didn't mention that the keypad would be totally black until touched so at night it did not look like there was a key pad there. Between these two things we thought we were at the wrong place and given the neighborhood were a little worried about standing around like we were lost. These two issues are easily resolved though - just some extra notes in the communication. The place itself was clean and had what we needed. Bare bones, but fine. The only real issue was it sounded like there was a dance club below us, off and on from about 10:30pm until 2am. We were tired enough that we slept fine, but if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. "
