"When I first arrived I was greeted with an unpleasant welcome from staff. Got to the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work, No body wash was in the bathroom, and only one outlet in the room worked. The room wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest as there was trash still left over. Not worth the money"

"Unable to have breakfast due to us having to leave early for a medical appointment. Room was clean and nice. Parking is good. Felt safe. Beautiful trail to walk around for some fresh air."

" I did not complete check-in or stay at this property due to concerns that arose before arrival. After my booking was confirmed, the property sent multiple additional rules and restrictions, including references to forfeiture of an incidental/security fee. The property also required a $200 refundable security deposit through Venmo, outside the Hotels.com payment system. This was especially concerning because Hotels.com’s own reservation emails warn guests not to make electronic payments outside the platform. Before check-in, I also found recent public reviews describing similar concerns involving misrepresentation and difficulty recovering deposits. Because of the post-booking requirements, off-platform payment process, and lack of confidence in the deposit/refund process, I did not feel comfortable staying at the property. This was not a normal cancellation or a disagreement over the listed price. It was a trust and payment-integrity issue before check-in. "

"The apartment was very nice and clean! Great neighborhood and the host responded fast and made sure everything was good. "

"Perfect place for a short stay, has everything you need! The only con is the unit is not well insulated so you hear every person/car outside walking by and the unit upstairs. Otherwise had a great stay!"

"It was nice for a night, but some of the dishes weren’t very clean and I couldn’t get hot water from the shower. Hot water easily came out of the sink. Easy walk to Temple University so the convenience out weighed the issues."
