Debido a que la piscina infantil no pudo utilizarse, tuvimos que llevar a los niños a la alberca exterior de adultos, lo cual definitivamente no era la experiencia que esperábamos al elegir el hotel. A pesar de este inconveniente, quiero destacar especialmente la excelente atención de Marco, quien en todo momento mostró una gran disposición para ayudarnos y brindó un servicio al cliente excepcional. Marco fue muy atento, amable y siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades, haciendo lo posible para que nuestra experiencia fuera más agradable a pesar de la situación con la piscina infantil. Sin duda, su actitud y profesionalismo son un gran ejemplo de lo que significa ofrecer un excelente servicio al huésped. Ojalá el hotel reconociera el trabajo de colaboradores como Marco, porque su atención realmente hizo una diferencia durante nuestra estancia.
