Had three full/queen size beds amd two twin futons. Unless leaving a futon in each room, there really was only space for one futon on the living room floor. The location was great. Close to food, shops and about a 7 min walk to train station. Not.much in the kitchen in the way of dishes and no condiments like salt/pepper, etc. So be prepared to buy some.
