Close to Shinjuku and Shibuya Despite being a 5minute walk from NakanoShinbashi Station the entire 3story house is rented out in a quiet residential area that is very quiet at night There are toilets and shower rooms on each floor so its easy for groups to use TVs are installed on the 2nd and 3rd floors and you can watch foreign news and movies on VOD for free Chrome cast is also installed You can enjoy watching YouTube or Netflix by connecting your smartphone to your smartphone
In addition the top floor has a high ceiling and you can see the night sky
Onsite parking is also available limited to small cars of approximately 1600 ccc or less

You can use the entire site as much as you want Smoking is prohibited in the rooms but if you must smoke please do so only in the onsite parking lot and do not dispose of cigarette butts inside or outside the premises using portable ashtrays etc / 5minute walk from Nakano Shimbashi Station

By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

The property was great for 2 families. The stairs are quite steep so you’ll need to be careful when going up and down. We did noticed that the floors were not swept as there were dust and cobwebs (one spider!) along the stairway. Overall, we still appreciate the house layout and the proximity to the train station. 7-11 is a very short distance away which made it super convenient to grab last minute snacks.
