The property is located in Ryogoku, Sumida Ward, Tokyo. It is 400 metres (a 4-minute walk) from Exit A2 of Ryogoku Station on the Toei Oedo Line, and 850 metres (a 10-minute walk) from the west exit of Ryogoku Station on the JR Sobu Line. It is very close to city centre Tokyo, with major areas just 5 to 20 minutes away by train. It offers direct access to Akihabara, Ueno, Tokyo, Shinjuku, Roppongi, Tsukiji Market, and more.
Ryogoku is also a historic town with a history dating back to the Edo period. The Kokugikan Arena is the mecca of sumo wrestling, the Edo-Tokyo Museum is a large museum showcasing the history and culture of Edo and Tokyo, and the Sumida Hokusai Museum exhibits thousands of works by Katsushika Hokusai. You can often spot sumo wrestlers in the area. There are also many attractive landmarks nearby, including Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree.
