良いところ：
建物と部屋は新しく、日当たりもよく、窓からの風が通り、たいへん快適です。
西荻らしい、楽しい通りに面しています。
少し足を延ばせば善福寺公園です。運が良ければカワセミも見ることができるかも知れません。
もうひとつのところ：
バスルームの排水口からの臭いがやや気になります。
エレベータがないことで、スーツケース等を運びあげるときには少し苦労するかも知れません。

It was located on a fine street and the building itself seemed quite new. The room was clean and bright with some fresh breeze.
Areas for improvement
There was unpleasant odor from the drain in the bathroom. Also this building got no elevator so you would definitely struggle if you have some large baggage like I did.
