We also didn't have to buy any dishes. The only thing is that it would have been nice to have a pair off scissors in the apartment. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. However the building has no elevator. Our unit was on the 3F - it was a challenge to walk up 3 narrow stairs with our luggages. Also you needed to walk the long stairs from subway station to get to the main road to go to the building. Overall a lot of stairs.
