Enjoyed the ability to have the drinks and sweet bar when we had been out for the day. Only downside was the laundry which even though had 6 washers and dryers could not accommodate the amount of people that were staying there, even at 3.30am the dryers were all full. This may not be an issue for those only staying for short periods or moving onto somewhere else. I did find this quite minimal downside for the rest that was great." You can’t just have a coffee or a continental breakfast. In order to just have a coffee you need to go outside of the hotel to the Starbucks or convenience store. It was very upsetting that no matter what we said we were not allowed in the breakfast area just to have coffee. A second drawback is that there is only news channels on the TV in English. There was no way to watch a movie or any other show in English or with subtitles. We found this very surprising for such an upscale hotel." We had arrived in early in the morning, and so were unable to check in to our room although we could leave our bags. The hotel has no seating area so we had no choice but to go out and explore. The hotel is in an area that feels quite corporate, but a short walk brings you to Shinjuku station.
