"Good location nice clean hotel our room had no closets so we had to keep all I. Suitcases but that was fine with us we stayed there 4 nights. Clean bathrooms . Our room was small but again we only spent the night so for the good price was perfect. There is a place there for breakfast for take out or eat in the lobby with excellent food baked goods freshly made sandwiches. 15 to 20 min walk to south Shinjuku station I would stay there again. Friendly staff "

"This was such an amazing stay. The ambiance of the hotel was so warm and welcoming, as were the staff. They’d refresh our room everyday without miss. I loved the dimmable lights. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with so many options, we’d go late morning so there’d usually be a wait but it moved very quickly. It was always worth the wait. Whenever we go back to Tokyo I will look forward to staying here again!"

"Great hotel. Central location. Shinjuku station was easy walk. Great for getting anywhere. Hotel clean and comfortable. Plenty to eat and see. Nightlife outside was interesting but did not interfere with enjoyment of hotel stay. Godzilla theme was cool."

"As a place to sleep between flights, it is adequate. The downside is the HVAC. Unless you have a translator app, it is difficult to operate the room HVAC. Rooms can be very hot when the cooling option is unavailable. The hotel has made some cosmetic changes to its breakfast, although it is a rudimentary basic menu that never changes. They now offer plates instead of the institutional food trays. A fresh coffee machine has been added. 1 machine that results in a line up. "
