"excelent location"
efficient check in and very polite staff. The room i chose was a typical japanese business hotel room. Small but efficient and clean. shower was great. Perfect for a business purpose and eventually for tourists if space neither other facilities (gym, swiming pool) are not required. A little bit difficult to find because the entrance doesn't look like a hotel, no much signs outside and the lobby is at the 2nd floor.

"Great But Small"
I'm at Radisson now. Daichi Hotel had a more comfortable bed and better bathroom amenities but was smaller. I got used to it. My only complaint is the front desk told me it would be only 100 yen /min for an overseas phone call. When I got the bill it was more like 400 yen a minute. Staff was great. No bugs. Restaurant a little expensive - only ate there once for Afternoon Tea.

We really enjoyed our stay the only down side to this hotel is that we arrived at ten in the morning and could not get into our room until two and we were very tired When we got into the room we had a dual aspect view of Tokyo it was fabulous

"buffet should be part of the selling point ..."
I am not sure if the hotel is interested in providing breakfast buffet since 1) I purcharsed breakfast ticket since I saw the ad (and also the hotel clerk did not care to ask/offer) and 2) a table was cleared very quickly by the time I returned to the table w/a new plate of items that I did not try the first time round.

"Quiet location but cramped and stuffy room"
Booked a triple sharing room to stay with my friends for 3 nights. The third bed is a roll-away bed cramped into a double room, so there isn't much space to walk around if all occupants open up their luggages. Also, as it was the winter season, it seems that the central air-conditioning is set to warm the room, which made it too stuffy for our liking and we were sweating as we slept through the night. There was no way to set the temperature of the room, only the fan speed, and the only way to draw fresh air into the room was a small slit near to the room's window. However, despite this problem, the hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 2 JR train stops away from Akihabara, so it makes a nice place to stay at if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Tokyo. Subway is at the doorstep of the hotel, but JR train is about 10 minutes walk away. There's also a convenience store at the first floor of the hotel (not open 24 hours though).
