It’s a goof hotel, the reviews on here are a bit harsh. The staff are super friendly, everything is pretty new. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but still nice. There is noise as you are staying in Ginza corridor and there are bars/clubs around. We only really noticed this on the Friday night. The weekend and during the week was pretty quiet!

Nice hotel in good location
The hotel is near the train station and it is surrounded by many restaurants. Room is big, clean and comfortable. There was a one time complimentary spa usage per pax for each room.

Super helpful staff and the facilities are definitely better than most hotels. Location was great, close to 3 train stations so it was easy to navigate around Tokyo. Highly recommend!

Staff at Friné desk was nice but didn’t resolve any of my request (graciously). Besides one or two staff people, they hardly spoke English. One nice perk was free bread and coffee in the morning but I ordered breakfast and it was a bit of a desastre. It’s served in a huge empty restaurant where I was the only patron and independency say only had two menus it served exactly the same food every day:one fish and one chicken. I don’t recommend having breakfast there. One nice feature is the SPA. Thr hotel offers one free entry.

Staffs were ok but housekeeping took my t-shirts & boxer on the bed by mistake and they couldn’t find it. They did not apologize for my lost which I was quite disappointed. The curtain was bad that the light can get through between the curtain which made it difficult to sleep once daylight is on. It is next to the train track and bar around the building. Not recommend for people who want a good peaceful sleep.

Modern and good location
Hotel presents nice. Newly built so modern fresh and clean. Location is good easy walk around Ginza and to 2 different stations. A bit noisy being near the train lines and a couple of bars outside. Room size is okay, small but functional. Shelf space around bathroom sink is very limited and soap rack in shower just seemed like it was in the wrong place to bang into. Aircon turns off when you leave the room which is great for the environment but then so warm when you return and takes c15/20mins to cool down.

This is a beautiful hotel located in a very convenient location. A entire street of local restaurants is right here next to the hotel. They serve the best local food in Tokyo. It’s also very close to train station, at walkable distance. It’s close to market as well. Our room is quite spacious and very clean. However the breakfast is limited, croissants and bread. But I understand Japanese people don’t usually eat big breakfast. We loved our stay at Ginza Hotel! Liping

The size and quality of room is a good deal considering being Yurakucho(8 min from Ginza). Perhaps this is because the restaurant and some facilities in the hotel are not opened yet (They can offer only bread and beverage at breakfast). If you don’t mind self-catering, the hotel is a worth considering. The public bath and sauna are spacious and clean.

Extremely convenient location, and practically located next to one of the livelier areas in Ginza. There was no desk in our room but the entire setting of the room is pretty unique in the corner and it was really lovely for my wife and me. If you are carrying suitcases, take Exit C3 from Ginza station and walk towards City Cafe, take the lift next to it to avoid carrying your luggage.

The property is beautiful! extremely comfortable rooms and all around great staff! We were not able to use rooftop or spa since they were not finished yet, but cant wait to go back and enjoy them! We had a great balcony at the lobby area that was very cozy and comfortable too.

Convenient locations, close to Ginza main shopping areas and lots of dining options nearby. However, the room is too small with not enough space to place suitcase. There is no wardrobe for hanging clothes, no desk, with only a small coffee table.
