"Have stayed here before. Close to everything. Friendly staff. I like that you can see if the laundry is available to use from looking at the tv options from the welcome screen. Even tells you how much time is left on each machine on the tv in your room. Tv also gives you a reminder on when cleaning day is. It’s generally every 3 days. The rooms are relatively small compared to hotels in the US but you can store your luggage under the bed so it doesnt take up space. Room has a small fridge and a kettle to make hot water. The microwave, spa, and laundry are available on the 28th floor."

"Beautiful hotel with a magnificent rooftop onsen. Super convenient to Haneda Terminal 3. Restaurants and shopping adjacent to hotel with more a short walk away in the Terminal. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast buffet. Good, not great. A hotel at this price point should have a better selection."

"Very convenient hotel, location was excellent. We had a superior room which was spacious, immaculately clean. Excellent shower, Laundry facilities are very good too. All staff helpful, they do stick to the 3pm checkin strictly which can be frustrating after a long flight."
