Stayed from 5/10/24 thru 5/16/24 with a group of 4. Had to get 2 rooms and we were able to get them next to each other. The rooms are on the small end. Bed was comfortable in my opinion but there was a lot of dust. Cleaning was minimal with only the towels and bedding getting changed, trash taken out and it looked like the bathroom was cleaned.

Easy check in check out with polite and friendly multilingual staff. Getting around is nice and easy due to proximity to train station, also plenty to do in the local area. Only downside to this particular APA Hotel is the lack of laundry/dryer room and it only has 1 lift. Eco-friendly room service is a nice option. Had a nice stay, value for money, would recommend.

Stayed 6 nights. Great hotel, albeit slightly further away from the main railways (6-9 min) but plus side is that it is equal distant from both metro lines. Not too far from Akihabara's main streets so shopping was convenient enough. As usual for Japan please check the square footage of the room so you know what you are getting. Rooms here (that we booked) were lower costed but much more compact, luggage space under the bed helped. The bathroom is also on the small side and can be a bit cramped for larger folks. Staff super friendly and there were no issues during our stay. There were 2 combini nearby as well as a few smaller restraints and plenty of vending machines.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I liked the safety of the hotel as the only way to access the floors with rooms was with a key card, and the easy key deposit check out was very convenient

About a 5 min walk from akihabara station, this is a convenient hotel for those wantjng quick access to the train and akihabara electric town! Rooms are clean,compact and quiet. Staff is very friendly. Thats ok if you arent planning on staying in the hotel room too long for anything but sleep and shower. Worth the price,most staff have adequate english if not better to help you. nice little things like umbrellas for guests and quick checkout procedures. Downside is no breakfast on site but cafe veloce and other options are close enough to get you out of the gate exploeing!
