We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel is in a great location and was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. We were amused that the neighbor had a red Ferrari in the driveway! It was nice to stay in a local neighborhood with more schoolkids and less tourists. Easy walk to Nijo Castle and the Imperial Palace garden.

I stayed here and got 2 rooms for my family. The rooms were very clean and had great amenities. Staff was great and welcoming. Being about 10 minutes walk from Namba was very convenient and there were multiple Family Mart and 7/11s nearby

Hotel right next to the entrance of universal studios japan, the commercial street with plenty of F&B and the train station to Osaka station. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. I would stay here again should I visit USJ again.

Good location two 24 hrs supermarkets (5-10 mins walk from hotel). Nice hotel and nice staff. Located very closely to shin-Osaka station so it makes traveling very convenient. There are large public baths for men and women on the second floor.
