Excellent hospitality as the hotel customised to its guests. We had a crane origami from the Singapore national flag in our room. At the dining table, the national flag was also displayed. The hotel provides pick up and drop off shuttle service to the Oboke station. We ate breakfast and dinner and also the food was prepared with care and excellence. But we are not use to eat a traditional Japanese food and there are no other choices. The food was colorful and artfully presented. There was a unique emphasis on local dishes. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. There are opportunities for sightseeing in the area. Our room had a toilet and shower. The community bathing area had shower and sauna in addition to the onsen hot baths. Bedding is traditional Japanese bed rolls on tatami mat floors.
