Hotel was good but sort of isolated. There was only a McDonalds and a 7 Eleven close by. Finding a cab was impossible, so we recommend asking people at the reception to book it for you. They were very helpful! Wish we could have visited their spa but unfortunately if you have tattoos you are not allowed. The hotel is about .4 miles from Kakegawa station and is a good place to stay for going to an event at Ecopa stadium/arena.
