I'm happy to say it was an excellent stay. Golf was amazing and the staff were all the best! Hotel is managed well, and is clean - although it could use some updating... it's overall presentation is great. Food at the club house and resort is excellent, however, it would nice to have a small convenience store nearby or on the property ... If you want to try the French restaurant, you need to make a reservation 3-days in advance! Onsen and sauna was very nice. I recommend it after a day of play on the course to refresh before or after dinner! One of our favorite places to visit was the 7th floor bar, where Atsuko-san (our busy and hardworking bartender), took great care of us. Ask for her martini or old fashion - delicious! Best part was that I could enjoy a cigar indoors here with her tasty beverage! I really wished I could buy the ashtray they had at the bar! Toyoda-san speaks fluent English and is always ready to assist foreign visitors ... I shipped my golf bag ahead of time from Narita and it was ready for me when I arrived. I then shipped it to Haneda for my return to Guam and it was waiting for me like a puppy at home. If you want to play golf and get off the grid, put this country club on your short list. One thing I wished they had was branded merchandise. There is no polo or golf bag tags that you can buy with their logo on it ...
