One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! There was a problem at the beginning with the toilet clogging, and someone came up immediately to help. When it couldn’t be resolved quickly, the hotel provided me and my family with another room, an upgrade which was absolutely fantastic! It’s a classically beautiful hotel in a good location, and the staff is so helpful and gracious. Highly recommended!

"We stayed for 3 nights at Base Layer Nishiki. There was no room service, understood as a cost saving measure.
