Amplified music is not permitted outside at any time. Music may not be heard at the property lines whether it is coming from inside the home or outside. If your neighbors can hear the music you are in violation and citation may be issued 16\. The driveway can accommodate maximum of three cars. We are located in a private gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an Yale Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. COMMUNITY AMENITIES: The community has wonderful amenities: 2 lakes, 6 basketball courts, 2 softball fields, 2 bocce ball courts, 6 tennis courts, 6 playgrounds, 1 wall ball court, 4 pools (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), 9-hole miniature golf (seasonal), 1 pavilion, 2 community gardens, seasonal snack bar, paddle boating (seasonal), kayaking (seasonal), canoeing (seasonal), 1 swimming beach, 2 dog parks, outdoor ice skating (seasonal), outdoor ping pong, cornhole/bean bags, and 24-hour security. All amenities within the community are subject to availability. Passes may be purchased for $12/day per guest for the wristband for the pool.
