You'll find 6 beautiful bedrooms throughout this home, each with their own smart TV. On the main floor, the first bedroom has a king bed & access to a bathroom right across the hall.

Upstairs, the second and third bedrooms have one king bed in each. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The fifth has a queen-over-full trundle bed. The sixth (and coolest) bedroom has a custom full-over-full bunk bed with a SLIDE! A kids' heaven!

There are 3 full, modern bathrooms in this home. Downstairs, the first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The third bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and a shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods). There is also a breakfast nook with countertop seating & a high top table (enough to seat 6), with a great view of the lake right outside the back door!

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 12 people, also with gorgeous views of the lake!

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
