Very nice room. After checking in, we requested that bedside lamp be replaced because it does not work and ceiling lights on other side of room do not light bed area for reading or working. Three hours later, lamp still broken.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The office was cluttered and messy. They made us park up the hill, even though there was a lot with space next to our room
They would not let us check in T 2:30 even though our room was ready.
The sofa and furniture in lounge was hokey, ugly and uncomfortable.
We were told we would get heater in bedroom, but no.
Came in at 4:30 pm with no one in office/reception area even though they had our key.
Called reception at 7:00pm and no answer.
The room was nice, but cold.
The outdoor was full of a fake alpine village. It was like a movie set with fake facade. It was really tacky. Families filled in to see it all day and night even though their real amenities - lounge, pool, gym and garden were all shut down.
Out room was on the 3rd floor with no hall light half way.
Very strange place.
Internet does not work well.

Excelente.
