Exceptional property! Really loved the beautiful room with its artistic and historic details. Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need during your stay. Also a great location with easy access to restaurants, shops and attractions. We walked less than 5 minutes to Villa D’Este! Marco (host) was a delight to meet and chat with. We were grateful for all the info and tips he shared with us. We had a lovely breakfast of a croissant right from the bakery, freshly squeezed orange juice and a delicious cappuccino. We would 100% stay here again, and hopefully for longer next time.

We had a wonderful host who picked us up from the train station. Breakfast delivered every morning at requested time. Great cappuccinos, juice, croissants, and traditional Italian sandwiches. Everything was within walking distance. Easy bus ride to Villa Hadrian-UNESCO Heritage Site. Lovely visit!

Perfectly located in the middle of Tivoli’s «centro storico». A beautiful residenza with 3 or 4 very stylish spacious rooms. Very nite, nice and clean rooms and surroundings, and a very helpful and sweet host, Marco, always at your disposal. We’ll definitely come back!
Lovely, and very historical little city with cosy and narrow streets and very nice shops, restaurants and people

absolutely charming. as many other have mentioned, Marco is awesome. you can tell he takes great pride in his property and it's history. i believe Tivoli is considered by many a 'day trip from Rome'. however, upon leaving, i agreed with Marco's though that you really need 2-3 days to get a proper experience there because i easily could've stayed longer AND wanted to... the dinner time experience in town was one of my favorite things in my 11 day Italian travels.... warm and magical. those people do it right (life). absolutely recommended.

We stayed in a very wonderful guesthouse. The place is historic and area is walkable to most places you want to go. Marco the owner greeted us and showed us around and even offered to drive us to some attractions because we came by train. Amenities were great, house was very clean and safe. We only stayed 2 nites but enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great at the place but there are lots of restaurants around the area.. Marco was very friendly and easy to talk to so we felt very welcome. Thanks again Marco!

The location is amazing, right in the middle of the oldest part of town but the building (from the 16th century) itself is even more amazing! It is renovated so that it is completely comfortable but they have managed to keep All the old world charm and individuality! Marco, the owner could not have been more helpful and made our stay stress free! Truly a gem and highly recommended!!!
