"The apartment was as it appeared in photos, very functional and 15 minute walk from Kotor along the gorgeous coastline.
For the price and location it is worth it’s money
The host didn’t reply to any of my messages about check in until I had messaged multiple times on the website and whatsapp, then was very snippy when i called to ask which room we were meant to check into, telling me he was very busy. We met another couple who had the same issue."

We stayed with our 2 year old toddler, the host kindly provided both baby chair and cot for us. Theres plenty of room for him to run around and play.
The location was perfect, close to the sea promenade with resturants and a kids playground for our son to play in after dinner. There's also a sizable supermarket that's a short walk to get water and groceries for our breakfast (which the kitchen had everything we needed). Its also a very easy walk to Kotor old town, so you don't have to navigate...

Apartment was well equipped, even with a washer dryer and coffee machine. Relaxed setting in Centrale square with courtesy bus to the marina and beach. Free parking outside on site. Convenient supermarket, bars and restaurants on site. The only surprise was the bedroom was only a foot bigger than the king size bed itself behind a sliding door to the living area.

A lovely apartment - just fine for 5 adults in terms of bed space and square footage. Could have done with a few extra plates and bowls but otherwise no gripes.
The pool was lovely and we spent a lot of timing chilling out. The staff were very friendly. Very close to the seafront.

We couldn't have been happier with the hotel, the staff were fantastic, room was spacious, comfortable and had the most amazing views. The restaurant was great both for breakfast and dinner. We will be back.

Overall fantastic stay, super welcoming and helpful staff, rooms were large and well maintained + had amazing views of the bay. It rained one of our days so took advantage of the spa and semi-outdoor pool. Food was great, especially the included breakfast. We had an issue with our shower which was fixed promptly and they had made us a little breakfast bag to go to the airport.
It’s roughly a 10 min walk down hill to the bay, but maybe not the nicest locations but appeared quite safe.

We had a wonderful stay at Risan Bay. The property was comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the nighttime caretaker, who was particularly kind and attentive. His hospitality made our stay even more pleasant. We truly appreciated the warm service and would happily recommend Risan Bay to others!

6 nights in this glorious hotel. Staff can't do enough for you. We had one slight hiccup over breakfast where I ordered scrambled egg and it took 3 attempts to bring the correct breakfast. Roof top pool was lovely but a Lille on the small side.they only have 4 sun beds and one family of 4 decided hog the beds all day - they even went for lunch and came 2 hrs later but had left lotions on the bed - a little unfair so perhaps the management should put a polite sign up!!
