Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We were told we couldn’t stay there and that you were to call us. We had to find a hotel and then get on a ship. I haven’t had time to request a refund. You should know we were not able to stay there. It was a dump. A man walked up to our car before we go out. Give us a refund please.
