"We were pleasantly surprised with the location of this property. It was close to our Dad's former workplace and was easy to find. The cottage was clean and adequately stocked with snacks and supplies. We enjoyed three nights of peace and quiet!"
A private camp situated on 60 acres. Purple paint for hikers to see huge rocks.

"Location was nice and private, Pet friendly. The space was very open and had plenty of room. For your stay you will need sheets pillows blankets towels as those things are not included. The place was perfect for our stay. There is no Internet service and No Verizon cell phone service here which makes your stay nice and and peaceful."

"This cabin is so cozy and beautiful. There’s so many thoughtful touches throughout the home, even a little basket when you first walk in with some fun camp essentials for you and your pups. Crates as well! Plenty of fun things to do and some art supplies if you feel like getting creative. The location really is the cherry on top. The little creek that runs alongside it is gorgeous and we all loved the scenery. Beth is a wonderful host that is on top of any questions or concerns you may have. This place is highly recommend for a secluded nature escape. "

"The rooms were nice and clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was nice, they had a verity to choose from. There are stores you can shop from. Restaurants to eat at. Close to Franklin and Oil City area."

"We had such an amazing stay this weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was welcoming, clean, relaxing, and just overall perfect. The atmosphere was cozy, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a little getaway.Every detail was well taken care of, and you can really tell they care about giving people a great experience. Definitely one of those places that leaves you already talking about coming back before you even leave. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable stay!"

"Over all it was a nice little getaway stay. Place is clean. There really no extras like shampoo conditioner, cooking, spray.Sandwich bags, spices, salt.. Tho it is a cute little fishing type cabin trailer.for a close reasonably priced close stay near Tionesta."
