The holiday flat is located on the top floor of the three-storey house. On the mainland, the town of Šibenik with its beautiful old town and cathedral is approx. 30 km away and the town of Zadar is approx. 50 km away. Not far from Šibenik is the Krka National Park with its waterfalls. The island of Murter is connected to the mainland by a bridge and is therefore easily accessible by car. There are airports in Zadar and Split. Moorings and modern facilities are available in the marina "Hramina" and in the marina Betina. Due to its proximity to the Kornati National Park, Murter is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Kornati islands.

The peninsula is a protected monument (Roman remains).
