The host were amazing and very quick to respond. It was a contact less check in but The place was easy to find and directions were perfect. One block from train station. WhatsApp worked great. The beds and bedding were not the best shape and the shower was slick. We stayed one night and it served our needs to catch the Berninia express. I would give a 10+ for the customer service and location and a 7 for the room itself.

A great accommodation for our one night stay following our trip through the Alps from Chur. Easy checkin. Codes provided ahead of arrival via WhatsApp. Room was clean and spacious. Would happily stay here again.

Communication was excellent with our late arrival and clear instructions on how to find and enter the property. The room was very good and had a Nespresso machine in addition to kettle, etc. The bathroom is large and well stocked with towels, etc. The only thing that was not so good was the wi-fi, but overall a great place for a short stop in Tirano.

Excellent stay. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance from the railway station, making it very convenient for travellers. The check-in process was very easy, with clear step-by-step instructions that made everything straightforward. The property was clean and well maintained. The mini kitchen was also clean and very useful, especially for preparing simple meals. The only issue I experienced was with the charging adapter. It would be great if the property could provide charging adapters that fit the local plug sockets for international travellers. That small addition would make the stay even more convenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this property.

I stayed in Europe for 35 days, I went to 15 countries and stayed in several hotels. But this hotel is exceptional. So clean, wide and so close to the train station. Check in is easy, the staff is reachable by whatsapp and accommodating. You will be greeted by coffee, tea, cookies, toasted bread and jam. This is the best so far. Its like 5 star for me. Try to stay here, I will stay here again someday. Thank you.

Very close to train station, easy to find, good instructions given. Room was large and clean, all amenities as described. Only thing that miffed me was the message that I received with someone else's name, but I followed the instructions and got given directions and codes for the doors. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Thanks

This is a clean place to sleep, stow your luggage, shower and use the toilet. The room is not designed to hangout in unless you just want to sleep. Location is good and safe with plenty of restaurants very nearby. Communication was fast. There is a black-out security shade on the outside of the window so the room gets really dark. Street noise is loud but goes away when the windows are shut. I’d stay here again.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Seemed to be newly renovated. For us the proximity to the train station was important and very convenient. Very happy with our stay.
