Fantastic hotel

I slept at this hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and the cleaning was done every day. The staff was always helpful and nice and could help with anything you wanted. The breakfast was not that good, there were things to eat but the selection was not that great! Otherwise the hotel is very central with a market under the hotel and various cafes around. Max 15-20 minutes walk to various attractions.

Wonderful 6 night stay! Property was very new, modern and clean. Front desk staff was great were very friendly and helpful answering any questions or calling a taxi. Breakfast is pretty good with many different options. Location is perfect! There’s an amazing cafe, a prepared foods market and a grocery store right next door. It’s in the hotel pickup zone for tours and is walking distance to attractions and many really great bars and restaurants. There’s also one on site. I always felt very safe walking around alone. It was a bit noisy as the rooms have no sound proofing but it wasn’t an issue for me. Wifi worked great with no issues. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Newer hotel with nice finishings. Very clean and convenient location. No elevator for halls with rooms but staff helps with luggage. Smoking allowed in patio area which may be overwhelming for those who are sensitive. Overall, great stay! Recommended

Top Notch Hotel!

Very very nice, friendly and helpful staff. (Special thanks to them) Room and every space of the place was very clean. They have a garage for cars. So good parking. Location is central which is great. There is literally nothing to criticize! High class, luxurious still affordable. When you entry the floor of the hotel you will be shocked with a view of the building and will give you a woooow effect! I would really recommend this place!

We booked for a triple room and received a room with one double bed. When arrived at the hotel late after the midnight the person in the reception said he doesn't know anything about the triple room and knows nothing about the booking details. As we were traveling collegues, we asked for at least another duvet, but the receptionst didn't know from where to get it. The breakfast set up was on a really tiny space and there was a queue all the time and it was hard to get through the people who were just standing in front of the sandwich grill and waiting and blocking the way to others to the food.

This boutique hotel is very beautiful, the design is totally my style. I love how it looks. I really have to give 5* to the staff which is incredible on all shifts but especially the « day girl » (the one with long brown curly hair; sorry we don’t know their names…) who helped us with any questions we had and also to get à taxi in the middle of the night at the best price. So I will say it again, the staff is wonderful there. The only downside of this place is the noise. Your hear the noise from the streets (a main street with many racing any motor engines lol) and noise from the réception/cafe which is very echoish even though we were at the end of the corridor we could hear people talking, chairs moving, glasses etc. So we slep with white noise both nights. So bring your earplugs if you are sensitive to noise!!

Excellent ! L’hôtel est vraiment parfait au delà de nos attentes. Le personnel est hyper disponible. Vous ne serez jamais perdu il y aura toujours quelqu’un pour vous aider. Les chambres sont propres modernes avec tout le matériel disponible. Digne d’un 4 étoiles voire plus en France. Parking gratuit au -2 est un très gros plus. Il y aura un homme pour vous ouvrir et vous accompagner jusqu’à l’hôtel. Nous recommandons ++++++
