Enjoy the privacy, seclusion and the view in this family and dog friendly home. Ives Run Entrance to the Lake and recreation areas is approximately 1.5 miles from the home. Located 14 miles from Wellsboro, PA and 25 miles from Corning, NY. This three bedroom home has central air and a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Dining room, bar seating and breakfast nook. Sleeping arrangements include: 1 queen bedroom, dresser, and closet with attached full bathroom (garden tub and shower). 1 queen bedroom, closet, and hallway bath nearby. 1 bedroom with a bunk that includes one upper twin, double below, and trundle twin. Full dresser and closet. Hallway bath nearby. Each bedroom has a tv with Netflix access. Living room includes tv and pull out couch. Washer and dryer. Half bath. Enjoy the view on the porch with full seating and BBQ grill. Note: Property does include a long, inclined driveway. Four wheel drive is not needed to access property unless it has snowed.
