Accessed from the garden, is a light and airy open plan sitting and dining area - a superb space for cooking up a delicious dinner and un-winding after a day of exploring the stunning clifftop heights of Trebarwith. Complete with washing machine and dishwasher, this apartment is well-equipped with many of the mod-cons one may require. From the living space, a door leads through to a beautifully decorated double bedroom that features ample storage space for luggage whilst maintaining a cosy feel. A contemporary shower room can also be found just off the living area. The location of the property is second to none, stunning beaches, historic locations and fabulous local pubs all within reach. The local bar and restaurant, The Port William, is just a short walk from The Mermaid loft and is the perfect location to watch the sun go down over the Atlantic waves!
