"Good value for money basic hotel. Close to several good restaurants. Only negative was we arrived at 4.00pm only to find the hotel closed and a note saying it would be open at 5.00pm. As the hotels.com site shows check in after 2.00pm this was a bit disappointing. "

"Hotel was fine but the only reason we have used this hotel so much is the Courtpaille restaurant attached to it. Unfortunately this time the meal in the Courtpaille was very poor and expensive for what it was. The Goat's Cheese salad consisted of limp lettuce, a very small portion of goats' cheese, bread rolls cut in half, not toasted and an anaemic dressing. We will now be looking for other hotels for our stays."

"This was a return visit to say thank you to the Team for finding my iPad last year and for sending it back to the U.K. my stay this time was as delightful as before and I would recommend the hotel to my friends. "These hotels cheap and extremely basic. They are closer to a hostel then a hotel. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room, no soap or shower gel, nothing. The sheets and towel were clean and, for one night, it's somewhere safe to sleep. Breakfast (which costs extra) is very basic too consisting of either cereal of bread/toast with some fruit juice available and a coffee machine. You get what you pay for - vey cheap so no frills."
