Rooms are clean, but are beginning to show signs of wear and tear, rooms are also a bit small, but overall comfortable. When choosing this hotel was worried about noise due to other reviews, but we didn't experience this. In the center of Reims! Very convenient! However the facility is not great! It was very cold when we were in Reims, we wanted to turn up aircon temperature to make room warmer but we’ve been told that it’s centrally controlled! Can not be changed! So we had to stay under duvet all the time to keep warm! It says 24 degrees in the room but it’s absolutely not true! We could feel it was a lot colder on New Year’s Day morning but the thermostat says 24 degrees forever! Again 24 degrees would be too warm for many people but they won’t be able to adjust it to make it comfortable to them! Very easy to access from the train station. The breakfast was not the best in the world but fresh.
