"All in all, it is a nice hotel. We were only there for a weekend in March so didn't mind the pool being small and not having a balcony. The room was clean, shower was nice and the outside restaurant/bar with live entertainment was awesome! Will stay there again. However, we were charged for parking when I specifically said we didn't have a car and have not yet received our credit a week after calling."

"We had a wonderful stay at Little Gem. The location was perfect-a short walk to the beach and other attractions Naples has to offer. The home was sparkling clean, and well stocked with everything you need. Patty was very communicative and responsive to our questions and left us messages regarding events happening in the area. We could walk everywhere and got along without a car for most the stay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel was outstanding in every possible way. Far exceeded expectations for a boutique hotel. Every single amenity was included. No specific resort fee, individual rides to wherever you want to go within a 5 mile radius and exceptional service from every person we interacted with the restaurant was fantastic. The beach equipment was brand new and takes you right to the shore in five minutes or less great for restaurants or shopping or just getting around bicycles also included beautiful pool. The restaurant was incredible as well as the nightclub with live music. Could not honestly have a man so much in one place I recommend we stay at.f"

"Too many vagrants eating breakfast and occupying Seats meant for guests. Staff was not keeping them from entering the hotel, helping themselves and carrying food out. "
