Bathroom was brand new though a few silly criticisms: shower head to short (I am over 6 feet tall) and the brand new toilet "allowed splashing" ... oh and the coffee pot unit - IMPOSSIBLE to pour without it spilling/leaking all over the desk I was told the place had been completely renovated. The bedroom hadnt been. Not uncomfortable though a little noisy and had been "well lived in" All in, good location. I felt value.
