Welcome to the "Wolburg" 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand. Make yourself at home and enjoy the best days of the year in this modern and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment for 4 people on the ground floor.
The owners have furnished the apartment with great care: The living room features a cosy, modern sofa set that sleeps 2 people and a large LCD TV. The modern open-concept kitchen welcomes you with an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher—everything you need to make daily life comfortable. A dining area and an adjoining south-facing balcony round out the “feel-good” atmosphere.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, 2 single mattresses), a mirror, a wardrobe, and blackout curtains.
The bathroom features a whirlpool tub and a shower, as well as a radio speaker system.
Two bicycles are available for your use (these are not included in the lease agreement).
Parking space No. 6 in the underground garage is included with the apartment.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the communal basement.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or replacement will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).

A trip to the Holstentor in the Hanseatic city of Lübeck is always worthwhile; from there, you can join exciting guided tours. Or explore the “marzipan city” on a boat tour along the Trave River.
