The Leuchtturm Lounge penthouse is a light-filled loft with incredibly spacious rooms and a breathtaking ceiling height spanning two levels in the living area. A spiral staircase leads to the expansive mezzanine, a true architectural highlight, featuring a dream bedroom with air conditioning and a TV, an office, and a small, exclusive en-suite shower room. Another highlight is undoubtedly the huge south-facing roof terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun and furnished with a dining set and an extra-large beach chair. Life unfolds in the exceptionally spacious living and dining area, which adjoins a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. The comfortable sofas and generous dining area offer ample space for a relaxing holiday. Through a combination of sophisticated design, high-quality materials, and warm colors, the interior designer has succeeded in creating a wonderful living atmosphere.
