In this modern, perfectly equipped apartment, your vacation begins the moment you arrive. You'll enjoy a prime location just steps from the beach. And if you feel chilly after a long walk along the water, warm up in your own private sauna with a sanarium function and rejuvenate with chromotherapy.

The 60 sq m terraces – furnished with lounge furniture and a dining area for six – face south and west, allowing you to soak up the sun all day long.

The high-quality apartment features real wood parquet flooring throughout,
and the living room boasts a leather sofa and a bioethanol fireplace. A flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, radio, iPod docking station, and free Wi-Fi are also provided. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the apartment – all equipped with electric exterior blinds – ensure bright, sunny living spaces.

The open-plan, modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a spacious dining area for six, leaving nothing to be desired.
... The apartment features two separate bedrooms, one of which is equipped with an additional flat-screen TV. The luxurious bathroom with underfloor heating includes a private sauna.

The building has an elevator and an underground parking garage where a parking space is reserved for you. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washing machine, and dryer are located in the shared basement.

A small playground is available in the garden for our younger guests.
