Relax in beautiful Timmendorfer Strand and spend unforgettable days in this lovingly furnished apartment.
Located on the ground floor of Domizil am Meer at Strandallee 174, this approximately 60-square-meter, two-room apartment faces southeast and is just 50 metres from the beach.

Enjoy the large wraparound balcony, which is furnished with a garden table and comfortable chairs and offers a beautiful partial view of the lake through the trees.
This elegant apartment for 4 people (max. 3 adults) features a spacious living area with an open kitchen. From here, you have direct access to the 11 m² wraparound balcony. The living area features harmonious furnishings made of solid shisham wood. It also features a sofa bed (1.50 m sleeping surface, spring mattress), a 42-inch LCD flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player.
Of course, the apartment also includes free Wi-Fi. (No entitlement to replacement or refund in case of disruptions or outages)

The large dining table is located in the bay window, whose floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the 11 m² wraparound balcony.
The light-filled kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. All appliances are from brand-name manufacturers.

High-quality brand-name tableware, color-coordinated with the furnishings, is also part of the extensive amenities. A Nespresso machine is also at your disposal.
In the 15 m² bedroom, a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, with separate spring mattresses) and a blackout roller shade on the floor-to-ceiling window ensure a deep, restful sleep. The very large built-in closet offers plenty of space for your luggage. A 32-inch LCD TV rounds out the room.

The shower room, decorated in shades of sand and dune grass, features a large wall mirror, heated floors, a radio, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a towel warmer. A washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the basement. With the exception of the shower room, the entire apartment is floored with durable designer planks.

A private outdoor parking space is available free of charge.
Bicycles (no e-bikes) and suitcases can be safely stored in your private basement storage room, No. 9.
From 05.04.2026 to 15.9.2026, a beach chair from Schrödter Beach Chair Rentals is available for you in a prime location (Seeschlößchenbrücke / Café Wolkenlos-Mikado). This can be used free of charge (weather permitting).

To preserve the high-quality furnishings of the apartment, smoking is not permitted in this beautiful apartment!!
One well-behaved dog is welcome.

An exclusive location in Lübeck Bay—right on the water: Domizil am Meer impresses with its upscale amenities. The 2- and 3-room apartments, as well as the 5 penthouses, are a sought-after holiday destination for our guests travelling to Lübeck Bay! The brick-clad building features large windows that let plenty of light into the apartments. Every apartment rented to holidaymakers through our agency has a balcony or terrace.
For the active travellers among you, you can store your bicycles—which, of course, need a break now and then—inside or next to the building.
Either the apartment has a private basement storage room, or guests have access to an outdoor bike rack!

In almost all of the apartments listed by our agency, you can also wash your towels, as a laundry room is available for you in the basement.

To avoid the famous summer struggle of finding a parking spot for your car near the beach, our guests can park their cars at or inside the building.
Depending on which apartment you book, it includes either an outdoor parking space or a spot in the underground garage. Of course, an lift is part of the building’s modern amenities.

The ground-floor apartments feature a small private garden area behind their terraces. Enjoy living to the sound of the sea!
