Strandhaus Clara welcomes you to Timmendorfer Strand with a spacious 120 m² holiday home for up to 8 guests in summer. The house retains many original architectural features and offers 4 bedrooms, some with a small washbasin. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds, a generous living and dining area with views of Lübeck Bay, a shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom, two children's rooms (bunk bed or 2 pull-out single beds), a shower room, and a separate WC. The house is heated with biogas. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, filter coffee machine, washing machine, and self check-in. Families have access to 2 high chairs, toys, and children's books.



Enjoy the private, fenced garden and the covered terrace with awning and sea view. The property is accessible via a small private path and is located directly on the beach promenade – you can reach the beach in minutes. House and garden are fully fenced and child-safe, away from roads.



Strandhaus is situated between the charming Niendorf harbour and the centre of Timmendorfer Strand. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops are nearby.



Please note: From October to March, a maximum of 6 guests is permitted as one bedroom is unheated. Events are not allowed. Up to 1 pet is allowed for an extra fee.



Parking for 2 cars on the property is free. Final cleaning is included in the booking price. Not included: tourist tax (charged separately, children under 18 free), linen package with towels and bed linen (on request), dog (available for an extra fee), and gas (charged according to actual consumption).
