The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa set, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and a spacious dining area. The apartment also features Wi-Fi.
The adjacent kitchen features an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other appliances that make daily life convenient.
The balcony, facing southeast, is furnished with patio furniture.
One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200 cm). Both rooms also have a closet.
The bathroom features a modern sink, a vanity cabinet, and a shower.

A parking space is located directly next to the house, and a lockable bicycle garage is located in the garden.
