This cosy, 50 m² three-room apartment on the mezzanine floor is centrally located in Niendorf and is equipped to accommodate 3 people.

The bright living area features a comfortable two-seater sofa with an armchair, an LCD TV, and a spacious dining area. The living area opens onto a balcony furnished with seating.

The small, well-equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and dishwasher, is perfect for cooking or preparing snacks.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. From the living room, you can access the second bedroom, which is furnished with a narrow double bed and a chest of drawers.

From the functionally furnished hallway—complete with a coat rack, full-length mirror, and shoe bench—you can access the bathroom, which features a spacious shower and a heated towel rack.

The swimming pool and sauna are located on the top floor of the neighbouring building, offering a view of the Baltic Sea, and are accessible via the underground car park.
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The sauna is open on weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with separate hours for women and men as well as mixed-use times. The swimming pool is expected to be closed for cleaning and maintenance starting on 02.11-13.11.2026 and 01.11-12.11.2027

DThe residential complex has a children’s playground and is equipped with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

An underground parking space is also included. Through the underground garage, you can access a bicycle storage room as well as a communal laundry and drying room.

Family-friendly holiday complex: The “Carpe Diem” holiday complex is located just 150 metres from the beach in Niendorf.
You’ll spend your holiday here in apartments for 2–4 people, ranging in size from 45 to 50 m², which are easily accessible by lift from the ground floor.
On the terrace or balcony, you can breathe in the first Baltic Sea breeze first thing in the morning.

The on-site sauna provides cosy warmth even on cooler days, and you can take a dip in the adjoining swimming pool all year round.
Shared coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for your holiday laundry.

One parking space is reserved for each apartment. There is also a storage room for bicycles and a room for strollers in the basement.

The idyllic harbour of Niendorf is just 400 metres away, where you can buy freshly caught fish, and a bakery is also nearby.
You’ll find additional shopping options 1,500 metres away in the town centre or in Timmendorfer Strand, 2,200 metres away.

The shuttle bus on Strandstraße provides good connections to the neighbouring Baltic Sea towns.

The Hansa-Park amusement and family park in Sierksdorf near Neustadt in Holstein is sure to be a blast and well worth a visit.
