From the small, high-quality residential unit with only 5 apartments, you can reach the Baltic Sea with the extensive beach promenade, the port of Niendorf, the bakery, restaurants and cafés in just 3 minutes on foot. Enjoy your vacation in the 75 sqm, bright apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows, south-west balcony and electric sun awning. You get from the comfortable semi-open kitchen into the spacious living-dining area, just to relax. When furnishing the apartment and building the house, high quality materials were used. In the 2 separate bedrooms with double beds (180x200 and 140x200) and TV you can expect high sleeping comfort with height-adjustable slatted frames. The apartment is equipped with Loewe TVs, music system and free internet access via WLAN. The high-quality bathroom with plenty of natural light is equipped with a glass comfort shower, underfloor heating and a towel warmer. In the apartment there is a small utility room with a washer dryer. The house has an elevator and a wellness area with a Klafs premium sauna / sanarium with a starry sky, an elliptical machine and an ergometer. There is also a rain shower with color-changing LED lighting. Enjoy the sauna with relaxing music, in front of the TV or on one of the lounge chairs with a book. Behind the house there is a carport facility and a bicycle shed for our guests. Wir waren überwältigt von der größe der Wohnung und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Jeden Morgen haben wir auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt, bevor wir in den Tag gestartet sind. Die Lage läßt keine Wünsche offen, Bäcker, Strand, Supermarkt, Hafen ist alles fußläufig gut und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Das Carport für das Auto ist mit angrenzendem Unterstand für die Fahrräder sehr komfortabel. Es war bestimmt nicht der letzte Urlaub in der Ostsee Lodges, Deck 4. ##### Stefan S.
