You’ll be staying here on a quiet cul-de-sac; some units feature a terrace, balcony, or French balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning.

The building features a sauna—a place where not just wellness travellers will feel right at home. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. A parking space is, of course, reserved for you right by the building.

The beach is just 800 metres away, accessible via the idyllic spa park with its small wooden bridges. Bakeries and the town centre are a 10–15-minute walk away. Here you’ll find many chic shops, good restaurants, and cosy bars.

Have you met Bonnie & Clyde yet? These two adorable otters welcome you at SEA LIFE Timmendorfer Strand alongside many other sea creatures, and you’ll learn fascinating facts about the underwater world.

Welcome to this 50 m² two-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand. Located in a quiet residential area, the apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. Situated on the ground floor, it features two terraces—one facing south and one facing east.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV (cable), a stereo system, a DVD player, and a light-filled window front.
In the open-concept kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, an oven, an espresso machine, and a small dining area for two people.

Feel free to use the terraces—whether facing east or south—wonderful days in the fresh air are guaranteed here.

The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses) and an exterior roller blind.
A hair dryer is available in the shower room, and plenty of shelving provides ample storage space.

The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer.
You can use the exterior roller shades throughout the entire apartment.
A communal sauna in the basement is included.
Two bicycles are available for you in the basement and can be used free of charge (no right to a replacement in case of malfunction; use at your own risk).

A bicycle storage room and a parking space are available for your use.
