Has a renovated shower room with heated towel dryer and hairdryer. A well -equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a dining area for max. Four people. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), large flat screen TV and WLAN. In the bedroom there is a large wardrobe and a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with continuous mattress. A car parking space is located in the underground car park. Duplex system (5.00 m l x 1.90 m W x 1.50 m h)
