"La Quebrada Enigmática" Vistas Fabulosas, Centro de Tilcara

  • The former studio of a renowned local painter and writer, converted into a loft-style accommodation. Decorated in keeping with the artist’s theme. Brightly lit and offering beautiful views of the Quebrada de Humahuaca in all directions. It’s located two blocks from the central plaza on Tilcara’s high street, a block and a half from the local church—where you can see the painter’s works—and just a few metres from the historic Churqui (Algarrobo) tree. Run by the artist’s direct descendants. Our space is spacious, bright, historic, artistic, mystical, and magical; it features a bathroom with a whirlpool tub—ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking in the gorge.

History and comfort in Tilcara

We loved the art and history at Marianela's place. The paintings are really stunning and added to the overall experience. The place was well equipped with a comfortable bed, kitchen basics and large bathroom. Close to lots of great restaurants, shopping and groceries in Tilcara
