This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in a gated beachfront complex, less than a mile (just a quick two-minute drive) from the heart of Puerto Nuevo—famous for its delicious lobster and vibrant local flavor.The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and authentic rustic Mexican-style décor, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.



    The Space:

    The villa features two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed—as well as two full bathrooms, fully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

    Step outside to enjoy the beautiful community pool, and don’t miss the chance to take in some of the best sunset views, right from the property. The unit is on the third floor; there is no elevator, only stairs.

    Guests will have access to the community pool, which offers plenty of seating, comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a fire pit—perfect for enjoying a nightcap under the stars. We got to the property and security was great. They were very friendly the entire time and very helpful with parking. The actual condo, the kitchen, bathrooms, and rooms were clean. The couch was covered in feathers like one of the pillows ripped. The floors did not look clean though and kinda dirty.. The airflow in that unit really sucked.. we knew there was no AC but only one fan to move air around so it was really hot.. tiny little windows that dont allow any air in.. the room we were supposed to sleep in was so hot that we actually had to sleep on the couch for with the double doors open and the fan at the doors to get any cool air.. The property was nice and well kept, but between the views you get and the condo I think the price we paid was to high for what we got...

Everything went wrong from the moment we arrived. The person acting as the security guard didn't recognize our reservation and sent us looking elsewhere for the address; after wandering around several streets—and with the map indicating that the reservation was indeed at that location—we returned, and the man finally acknowledged the booking. The place was filthy; the dining chairs were disgusting, and it felt like an abandoned hotel. The Wi-Fi signal was terrible, the floors were dirty, and the bedroom curtains didn't block out the sun. I would never come back.
