"I didn’t like it because it’s too quiet. The only thing I can hear are the waves from the beach. I like noisy places. I like hotels where I can listen to little kids scream & run like crazy. There’s absolutely no noise whatsoever in these premises. The food it’s great & everything, but there’s way too much silence okay. Please play some elevator music at least. Come on y’all!!!!!!!"

"My favorite part about my stay at the Valerio hotel is when I arrive and get greeted by the Parking attendant JOSE. He is a very nice man and very professional. Also, he speaks perfect English which is important for me and other non Spanish speakers. He always tells me he will keep a good eye on my motorcycle and does a great job on parking lot security. Because of him I feel welcomed and safe. GREAT JOB JOSE !"
