The first room they gave me (a suite) had a falling ceiling from a water leak. It was raining in the room essentially. The staff was quick to fix it and gave us 2 separate rooms, but I was sad that we didn’t get to fit into one room like we planned. Overall the staff was amazing though.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly, the continental breakfast was great it came with coffee or juice and a plate of fresh fruit and 2 Mexican sweet breads. They have other stuff on the menu if you want to purchase. The air conditioning was very cold just the way we like it, I think the only downfall some people may not like is that the windows are facing the hallway not outside if you are ok with that than you will be fine.

The staff was great. The restaurant was okay not too happy with the continental breakfast. We got a room on the last hallway of the hotel and I know they weren't fully booked. Bad wifi signal, asked the reception for help they never came. Also when we got to the room as soon as I opened the room door I got the worst smell so bad I am thinking it was the dirty carpet. Omg it was terrible the whole time we stayed there there was that smell. Never had this problem before in this hotel.
