2nd time staying here. Very clean and safe feeling I went for the dentist and love that the two buildings from the hotel to DR office/ tower. The pool is amazing also and the staff is very attentive and helpful.

I thought our 2 night stay was very nice and relaxing. Parking was on the hotel property. Check - in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint is we had no cable TV in the room. I think for a 5 star hotel cable TV should be included. This will be my first stay were there was no good options for viewing television.

Finding comfort in discomfort. Loved staying at this beautiful property, but those pillows were like sleeping on clouds of concrete!

The property was clean and very well kept, the dinning options were excellent and our waiter provided exceptional service both days we stayed for brunch. However the night we checked in the front desk staff was less than welcoming but I will say that was the only time I experienced that kind of service at the check in desk since we were greeted by different staff members the following days. The last night we were there we decided to grab some drinks at the bar located in the buffet area and that was also a bit of an awkward situation since it took a few minutes for the staff member there to acknowledge my husband and I and just to make it clear we were the only 2 persons there. We arrived at around 9 pm. The bar closes at 11 pm, by 9:50 one of the staff members made a comment about the bartender usually leaving early at 10:30 pm and there for we decided to leave and not hold anyone back. Our overall stay was very pleasant. Would I recommend to a friend yes absolutely, other that those particular staff members everyone was very helpful and welcoming.

I spoke to the manager in charge and had a recording of the loud noise coming from the room she did not want to accommodate. Worst stay in. She was very rude and disrespectful. I have her name and will speak to the Manager

Anyone traveling to Baja California should consider staying here.The buffet is awesome and the casino is cool as well.The front desk is very respectful and very nice.
